Milk chocolate Cherry Bakewell

Memories of the Derbyshire town of Bakewell inspired me to re-create the flavours of the iconic Bakewell tart in a chocolate bar.
I chose creamy milk chocolate, then added slivered almonds, tiny pieces of glacé cherry, and a little almond flavouring. Mission accomplished!
