After many requests, I took the plunge and created my own version of the viral 'Dubai bar'. Having never tasted these, I was totally unprepared for how gorgeous they are! Pistachio cream is mixed with tahini, then combined with crispy kadayif pastry to form an amazing confectionery filling. This is then enrobed in a substantial layer of dreamy Belgian milk chocolate. Oh my .. truly indulgent and so moreish!
