If you like your chocolate dark and strong, this is for you. It's high on cocoa and low on sugar as you would expect, but still surprisingly creamy for such a dark chocolate.  It is the only chocolate my husband really enjoys!  It is also suitable for those with lactose intolerance, as well as vegan diets.
